We are very happy to announce that our new licensing and support system is up and running.

Since it's not possible to transfer licenses between old and new system we have decided not to import user accounts from our old system. Instead, all your existing licenses (licensed with PayPal transaction ID) will remain to work uninterrupted within the old system, but at some point in future we will have to discontinue license transfers between domains for old licenses.



Licensing system

Our old system was developed in-house for our needs, with minimum functionality. For example, to re-issue your license (transfer license from one to another domain), you had to contact our support team using ticket system and wait until someone re-issues your license. With this new system you have full control, meaning you can re-issue your license with one click and bind it to another domain name within seconds. Also, in our old system you had no possibility to track on which domains your license is active, contrary to our new system where you can see all details about your licenses.

New system also allows us to issue free trial licenses so you can try all our products (with full functionality) for 30 days. We updated our refund policy so please don't forget to read our terms of service once again.

Payments

We have switched our payment system from PayPal to 2Checkout. 2Checkout includes PayPal but also provides several other types of payments so we hope this will improve our users' payment experience.

Support system

Our new support system is very similar to our old support system, but it is improved with new functionalities. Providing support should be easier and faster now. This system shares user accounts with our new Customer Area so once you register there, you can use same e-mail and password combination to access our Support Center, which can be found here: http://my.cubescripts.com/support/
