How to remove Powered By graphic from our comments??

    Have emailed support several times with this question but have not received any reply, so I thought I should try the forum and see if someone can help out. We purchased the $59 Pro Add Comment Script - which is the one that is suppose to remove the Powered By graphic, but the graphic still appears on our site. Can someone please tell me what we are suppose to do to have the Powered By graphic removed?

    In addition to submitting a report and sending an email for support, we searched here in the forum and in the Knowledgebase as well as did a google search, but there doesn't appear to be any discussion about this.

    We would like to start using this script asap. If you know, please tell me how to remove the Powered by graphic. Thank you.

    How about telling everyone who purchases it here. One thing that is appalling is the lack of a manual or detail instructions with the script. I like the looks of the script but I too like the fella above purchased the upgraded version with out Powered By however it's still there. No happy with the lack of instructions, I go around the 'few' articles on the forum however it's very sparse. I will continue to try it a while longer and my ask for a refund!

    What I did was just change the picture in the images folder. The image is called "comments-script.png". But my problem is how do I change the link. It is still linked to the Cube Scripts site.

    I am in testing right now, but this is my site.

    You can't change the link, you can only remove whole powered-by image (along with the link). Just go to http://members.cubescripts.com/installation/brand/ and download your brand.php file. Once you place your brand.php file in comments/ folder, you will be able to remove link and logo from comment form (that is done on Settings page in admin panel).

    I downloaded the brand page and it still did not remove the powered by image from the comments form

    Then you haven't placed it in correct folder (./comments/brand.php) or it's your browser cache (try refreshing the page with shift+refresh). If none of these hints helps please open support ticket and provide as many information as you can (including access details for your site) so we can take a look.
