Integration Issues--Please Help!

I have installed the PAC Script on my website, and everything is successful. The only problem I'm having is how I add the script to my web page(s). The admin page allows me to manage comments, but there is no information as to how to implement the script onto my web pages
Please Help! Thanks in advance! -
this guide is not helpful at all, i did add these settings to the places it told me, but still not showing and not giving me the add comment box.
