CSS file to change colors of the comments?

I may have missed this in the instructions, but can someone direct me what css file I would need to update to change the colors of the comments.

My url is:
www.amused2death.org/talk.php

It's hard to see some of the links b/c the background and font are too light colors.

All comments-related styles can be found in comments/style.css

Changing background color of .comment-top, .comment-inner and .comment-bottom should change background color of your comments.
