Centering an embedded pro comment script

I can not get my embedded pro comment script to align to the center of the page for the life of me. I had not edited any of the code and it still would not center. Here is the web site, www.publishersrights.com - It is at the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Your page needs to be HTML valid so it can display properly in all major browsers.
